Among other things Illusteret Videnskab, Historie, and Bo Bedre. We focus on special media, and we solve our customers’ challenges, as well as tailor special offers to improve their experience.

Your primary work task as a customer service employee will be to handle incoming calls from customers, where you will help with delivery, payment and various solutions, among other things. It is important that you listen to our customers. You must be curious about the content of our magazines, in order to be as proactive and accommodating as possible. We reward our loyal customers with tailor-made offers, which you should feel as something completely natural.

While you are not handling incoming calls and various office tasks, there will be time for you to immerse yourself in Bonnier’s products. It is a big part of the role that you possess curiosity and enjoy reading the many different magazines. We don’t stick to storyboards and scripts, so you have to be creative to help the customer as best as possible.

You will become part of a small, competent and friendly team, where there is always a good atmosphere! You will develop your communicative skills and at the same time gain a broad knowledge. We always appreciate a job well done. We make sure that you are challenged in the role. The quality of your work will be directly reflected by the department’s and your individual goals, and we will always help each other to provide good service. You have the opportunity to influence your salary yourself through commissions!

You must be interested in upselling to our loyal customers so that they do not miss out on our good offers.

Responsibilities

  • Be honest, humble and listen to the customer and the customer’s needs.
  • Be driven and outgoing, have experience in using several programs (multitasking) at the same time while having a customer on the phone.
  • You have a strong focus on customer needs and an understanding of how customers can behave and ability to customize your response according to customer needs with pride and dedication
  • Upsale will as well be part of the service you offer the customers.

Requirements

  • Good Danish language skills, verbal as well as written
  • Good command of English (the common company language)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to match the customer experience challenge
  • Absolute positive customer service attitude 
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage, but is not a necessity
  • You strive for results – you are committed, ambitious and purposeful about your work
